What is included?

Strategic general counsel for critical decisions: Your GC attends your critical meetings where understanding the law’s possibilities and limitations is crucial. Whether you’re planning an expansion to new markets ordiscussing key product developments, your GC provides immediate legal guidance.

Contracts: Your GC helps establish solid contract management practices and negotiates key agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers.

HR: From managing your employee stock option plan to hiring and firing, your GC’s expert guidance will ensure you follow best practices and avoid costly mistakes.

Corporate secretary: Get your annual shareholder meetings and commercial register changes done right and ensure you do not forget any other important corporate actions.

Day-to-day legal questions: For any other legal topics that come up, from privacy questions to AI regulation, your GC is yourfirst line of support, ready to guide you.

What is not included?

In a nutshell, we cover everything that’s part of your daily operations and falls within the typical responsibilities of a general counsel (OpEx). However, exceptional projects that a GC would typically assign to an external firm (CapEx) are not covered. These include complex corporate actions like financing rounds or M&A, litigation, industry-specific regulatory advice, or creating new standard agreements for a new product. If such matters arise, we will inform you early and transparently. Specific roles such as AML or data protection officer can be agreed on for an additional fee.

Starting from EUR 1.250 per month (excl. VAT)

Dedicated legal counsel: One dedicated lawyer will act as your official GC and fixed point of contact for all your legal matters, supported by the entire LEXR team.

Pricing: Monthly flat fee payable in advance, based on an estimate of your future workload. Adjustments can be made if needs or workload change significantly, with the first review recommended after 3-6 months on a good faith basis.

Termination right: The monthly flat fee package can be terminated at the end of any month, providing you with maximum flexibility.
